Cleaning of trough is easy
- By adopting open front trough, the cleaning time of trough was reduced by 1/3 of the existing one.
Increase of Addition of Hardener
- By adopting a non-ripple pump, the precision of addition was improved and the use of hardener with no purpose was reduced.
Zero of Initial Waste Sand
- When starting mixing, if a gate option is mounted so that the door can be automatically opened after mixing sufficiently with a closed door, the waste of initial sand can be avoided.
